How Advanced IP Design handles personal data submitted through advancedipdesign.com.
Who is responsible
Advanced IP Design (registered as AdvIP, KvK 30243859, Lingestraat 4, 4105 GR Culemborg) is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: contact@advancedipdesign.com.
What we collect
When you use a form on this website we receive the details you fill in: your name and email address, and if you provide them your organisation, role, phone number, preferred times and message. When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and what you send us.
Like every web server, ours records requests in log files, including your IP address and browser type. We use these logs for security and to count visits; IP addresses are anonymised in the visit statistics. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels or third-party scripts.
Why and on what basis
- To answer your message, plan an intro call and prepare a proposal: steps at your request before an agreement, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- To send the template pack you request, and updates only if you ticked the box (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, consent you can withdraw at any time).
- To keep the website secure and count visits: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To meet legal obligations such as keeping business records (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep your details as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it. Data that is part of an agreement or invoice is kept for the period Dutch tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Who receives it
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by service providers we use for hosting and email, under data processing agreements, within the European Economic Area. If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply. Payments on Network Design Labs and Network Design Academy are processed by Stripe; see the privacy information on those sites.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict processing, object to processing, and request a copy of your data. Send your request to contact@advancedipdesign.com; we respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
The website is served over HTTPS only, the forms have abuse protection, and access to stored messages is limited to Advanced IP Design.
